our readers. To get an idea of the types of
articles accepted by this publication, check out

are ideal (please save as "YourArticle.doc").

in a jpeg file.
- Please include a short
biography that includes your contact information (Note:
Biography does not include any information regarding
services or events, please refer to
advertising charges.)
