I have a small growth on my left foot near the ankle bone. It just appeared about 6 weeks ago. Is there some foreign energy in my space or some belief I have that has caused this? - NF, Nashville, TN.

DC: I'm glad you included your phone number. As I start work on this energy, I have some questions to ask you. I am happy to look at the energy surrounding this situation, but it is not to take the place of medical advice. In addition to getting this spiritual healing, I suggest you get a doctor to look at it. Overall, your energy is quite bright; you are vibrating at blue and green colors, with some ribbons of bright pink and gold. The blue and green colors are some good changes in your outlook, as well as in your self-esteem. This is a recent change, probably in the last 6 to 8 months. There is some gray energy in the first layer of the aura (having to do with survival, security, trust, and fear). It is very much associated with your physical health, and the energy is very sluggish. I am moving this gray energy out. I suggest you nurture your body - baths with salts or aromatherapy, play a little more, and if possible, get a mud-bath.

As you try to heal yourself using your own gold soul energy, I see that you tone it down with gray, it's not the true vibrant you. You put a hiding energy with your gold so that people don't see your accomplishments and spiritual changes. You have a lot of fear of attention. Bring your energy into present time, into this present moment. You are not at all who you used to be 20 years ago, or even 2 years ago. You have more information, more ability to heal yourself and take care of yourself on an energy level. I see that you are able to keep away from your aura a lot of the negative energy that comes at you (competition, invalidation, anger). That energy sits just outside your aura. It doesn't get to you, but you haven't been able to let it go, and you haven't been able to take some growth steps you want to take. To have some fun with the energy work, make an image of a magnetic rose in the middle of the street, or the middle of a lake, and have it magnetize all that energy away from you and into the rose. Then blow up the rose and all the energy disappears.

I see some pin-pricks of red orange energy around this growth area. The growth itself is very dark, and has the energy of a seed, like something taking root and holding on very tightly. It does not allow for changes or movement. As a child, I see that you enjoyed body movement, certainly running and dancing, but there is some intense invalidation that came into your space at about 10 years old or younger.

NF: I tried twice to take dance lessons. There wasn't much offered in the town where I lived. When I was 5, I was laughed at by other children, so I quit. I really wanted to take ballet, and when I was 10 a ballet teacher moved to town. I had a few lessons, and then she was in an accident and broke her back.

DC: You have carried some guilt with you about that event. You believed yourself to be responsible for her because you wanted lessons so badly and then she came to you. But somewhere you learned that you couldn't always have what you wanted. I am moving out some bright orange energy below the heart chakra that is a result of this incident. Your feet want to dance - so do it. When I look at the energy in your feet, I see criticism and not love because everyone else thought they were big.

NF: They are very wide, and as a very young girl I couldn't find shoes my size and often had to wear boy's shoes or extra long shoes. Within the last year a shoe outlet came to town and I told the universe I wanted shoes in my size and price range. For the first time in my life I have many pairs of shoes that fit my feet.

DC: Congratulations for your creation! As your feet get happier they want to dance and take bigger steps. What big step is in your life now? What step are you afraid to take?

NF: Success. I am close to being financially independent, but I have fear of success in my career.

DC: Some of that fear is your mother's fear of stepping out of line. In her childhood and in her marriage, she believed she had to be perfect as other people wanted her to be. I am moving her fear energy out of your first chakra. As I suggest to your higher self to bring in another energy, you are bringing in a beautiful bright turquoise. Good job!
