Psychological Kinesiology: Changing the Body's Beliefs

By William F. Whisenant, Ph.D.

Holistic medicine is a wonderful thing, and almost everyone is engaging in some sort of alternative health care these days. But have you ever wondered if you are using the best treatment for your problem or if you are getting the optimum quantity of that treatment? For example, does your body really need all those supplements, or are you wasting your money? Are you being hypnotized when you really need Reiki with a particular essential oil? Are you wasting resources or making the most of your time, money, and effort? Are you concentrating your energy on the methods of treatment that will be most effective for you?

In days gone by, such powerful techniques as those presented in Psychological Kinesiology: Changing the Body's Beliefs would have been offered only to mental health or medical professionals. Thanks to the holistic health movement and William Whisenant, Ph.D., Psychological Kinesiology (PK) is now available to everyone regardless of their professional or educational background. PK can be used in virtually any type of healing practice or by any person wanting to help a loved one. You need not rely on someone supposedly more expert for the answers. The answers are there. You don't need to guess any longer.

In Psychological Kinesiology: Changing the Body's Beliefs, PK is explained in detail. The book provides fascinating information regarding personality patterns which tend to appear with the dysfunction of the body's meridian system. Dr. Whisenant also provides mythological explanations as well as yoga positions that can be practiced. He has a truly elegant explanation of human psychology. In basic PK, answers are obtained through muscle testing and examining the body's meridian system to identify areas of difficulty. In advanced PK, the chakras and layers of the aura are assessed and treated, and are detected and eliminated of discarnate entities.

PK can reveal problems such as nutritional deficits, spinal misalignments, organs with low energy, and systems that are out of balance as well as treatments for the problem. One of the most interesting things about PK is that very often, through examination of the body, specific events are discovered without any conversation. The experienced practitioner usually works silently, and so it often seems that the PK-trained person is psychic. This is usually not the case. The truth is that the information is stored in the person's body. The beauty of PK is that we can all learn to discern this information, very specifically and accurately. For example, a PK therapist was able to discover within one session that a client's disturbances were related to her witnessing the death of her sister when she was four. This was established by consulting the body, not by talking. With this fast method, the remaining time in session could be spent on correcting the disturbances in the body.

It has been long accepted that current problems can come from a traumatic experiences which occurred earlier in a person's life. When trauma is unresolved and is lodged in the energy field, PK can identify where in the body the trauma is stored. PK can also show how the energetic block or warp may be completely resolved. For example, one woman had colds and flu almost constantly for two years, and her marriage was failing. Using PK, it was discovered that when she was 12 years old a male member of her family had a severe physical injury that disrupted the entire family. Also with PK, it was established that the male was not her father. At first, this woman didn't know who this could be, but after about a half hour she realized that her brother had had "his" car wreck when she was 12. This accident left her brother paralyzed and in a wheel chair for the rest of his life. Using PK, the energetic distortion in the woman was identified and dissipated from her body. And almost immediately, the woman's health and life circumstances began to improve. A simple story, but the difference to the woman was most significant.

An area particularly unique and strong in the PK system is the identification of dysfunctional assumptions or ineffective core beliefs. Dysfunctional assumptions not only affect our physical and emotional health but also can block our achievement of financial success or harmonious relationships. A woman working with Dr. Whisenant increased her income from $5,000 to $8,000 within the first month of treatment, and for a period of over a year has kept her income consistently above $10,000 per month.

Dr. Whisenant reports that discarnate entities are sometimes found in people who are living in a state of reduced consciousness. (This reduced consciousness can be as a result of intoxication from alcohol or other drugs, general anesthesia, shock, etc.) When a person is in such a state, the energy field becomes more vulnerable and open to attachment from a discarnate entity. This is, of course, not beneficial to the person or the discarnate, and identification of this situation normally brings immediate and profound relief to the individual. The results of these treatments are particularly dramatic, and only persons trained in advanced PK are able to effectively handle such cases. These techniques are currently only available through training with Dr. Whisenant.

Dr. Whisenant, will teach his methods in Houston in March, June, and July, 1998. For more specific information, call Emily Laurel at 281-493-0054, or E-mail Turner Bourne at Bourne2b@aol.com. Watch for further information in The Indigo Sun and other area publications.
