Our gardens receive incredible results from Seaweed products. The ocean receives all the minerals that run off the continents, so seawater has concentrations of minerals. The use of seaweed goes back hundreds if not thousands of years in Ireland, Scotland, and Scandinavian countries. Seaweed comes from Norway and from Nova Scotia in Canada.

Seaweed has the unique ability to provide over 70 beneficial minerals to plants. Seaweed also grows very quickly, this property of accelerated growth is also passed on by an application of Seaweed product. Seaweed not only provides stimulated growth, but also antifungal properties, drought, and frost protection. When mixed with processed fish it becomes even more powerful. Some of these products also contain molasses, with its powerful beneficial aspects.

There are a number of excellent Seaweed products available. In Texas you can buy San Jacinto's Super Seaweed Mix, Ocean Harvest, Kelp Meal and a excellent product for blooming flowers, Maximum Bloom. Gardenville offers Sea Spray, Kelp Meal, and Liquid Seaweed. These are all fine products.
